My thoughts exactly, I'm glad they are cutting down tbh.I mean, it sucks for them to lose part of their content, but can you really blame Youtube?
Pokerstars and others are no longer pokersites, but online casinos, so if you're promoting pokerstars, 888, etc you are promoting online gambling that favors the house.
hi hi OneCoolHandxYouTube, Twitter, Facebook and others are becoming more and more restrictive with differing viewpoints. The sad (not-sad) thing is that they are allowed to do this because they are private enterprises. User-generated content can be as widely or narrowly restricted as the social media admins see fit. Unless there are instances where speech is proscribed by law (such as defamation or copyright), the platform is free to set whatever guidelines for user-generated content that it fit. That is...for right now. I agree with Justice Kennedy's opinion in Packingham v. North Carolina when he accurately observed that the greatest battleground for free expression both nationally and globally occurs online with social media. He further compared online social media to a public forum such as a public street or park.
It will be interesting to see how the law develops over the next few years as more of these cases are brought to the Supreme Court.
True. Those sites arent just about poker anymore. But deleting poker videos..?I mean, it sucks for them to lose part of their content, but can you really blame Youtube?
