There has been a lot of negative buzz in Vegas and at the Rio this week about how poorly the WSOP is being run.

Issues have run from bathroom locations being moved, to inexperienced dealers to new rules. The most controversial rule is the one where players must announce every play verbally before they make it on the final table - this has players in an uproar.

In other words. Exactly the same as every year.

Yeah. I've been watching some of the wsop and not only does the camera angle suck, Veetle is junk. I've seen more pixilated screens than a Dish connection in a hurricane. And commentators that are as entertaining as a news anchor. I'm going to check the updates, blogs, and turn the sound off. Whatever happened to professional coverage?

I wanted Gavin to win. I've always liked him as a player. He reminds me of myself a bit!

Yeah - it was right after Amanda re-raised 1.5M on the river... They couldn't have picked a worse moment.

Looking at the update later and saw that Ash pushed and she folded.

That is one hand I would have loved to see the hole cards on. If she was holding an Ace for the wheel and he didn't have the six for the nuts coming over the top... unbelievably gutsy play.
