That Deal is dead now though so it is irrelevant what they would have done.

I believe it's very relevant as the payment plan he would adopt at the new site will follow similar lines. This article is a strong basis to favour a pokerstars buy out rather than a Tapie one imo.

Besides it's an interesting look into what payment scenarios we may be facing. That article providing me with more information than any FTP announcement ever has.

Still wouldn't trust Tapie with a penny of investment - but would happily sign up, claim my monies and leave quickly again

I am with you Ian .... I myself wouldn't trust that site but thats what it takes to claim my money ....and no it's not just a little amount I have a large amount in FTP.
Have any of you signed up for it yet ??

this is all what is referred to as the "rope a dope defense"....every month some news is leaked out giving us a little hope....then after 2 years we give up on our money...and our feeble brains accept it and .....we deposit money into a new , improved site.
