I am in IA and i'm not sure the ignorant right here *terry 'braindead'* will allow it. But this idea has been kicking around iowa for a while now...hopefully we get it together sooner than later!

Glad to see that someone is actually taking the time to do a little research.. I've been wondering why everything seemed like it was going at a snail's pace.. If we got california back on our side, that would make things alot easier. I wonder how that would work on a federal level though.. and If other card rooms would still be available, like full tilt poker and such.. That would be great!

We're working on that, want to help? We need someone in Spokane to spearhead signature gathering. Don't wait for 'them' to make it happen, it's in our hands.

Ive heard nothing about AZ, but I see lots of clues out there screaming that the powers at be know something, we don't.

So do you guys realy think it will be passed anytime soon???

Federal legislation restoring all OLP sites who did not violate past laws will be introduced on Monday June 10th 2013.

Same laws will be passed on Wednesday July 17th 2013.

Unfortunately none of the Major sites will open until Friday September 6th 2013, this is coincidentally my anniversary.

And the above is not an opinion but factual accounts of the future as depicted by my Magic 8 Ball.

texas has more prisons then you think we do.
and still building more cause there is no more room for all the inmates.
texas may not have been the first state to jump on the wagon
for online poker.
but we do have a bill for it now.
in texas you can play poker as long as the house does not take a rake
and there is no money on the tables.
I don't know why they just don't go ahead and pass the bill for online poker.
but they all will have to sooner or later.
they cant stop all of US poker players from playing.
there is to many of us poker players out there wanting this.

Ca. can not get its shit together enough to enact any law regarding OLP, or OLG.
The terrible things about that bill is that no one wants to 'vote against the Indians'. Ca. Reps won't even read the bill, they will be told it is either voting against the Indians, or voting for them. And you can imagine where that will go. It will end in a stalemate as any other bill will in this state.
