All I care about in life is poker.All other gambling games are just distracting.Yes, I do not argue, the Corporation is built on the excitement of people.But the difference between people is that someone needs excitement and someone needs to become better at poker.My advice is not to be distracted by stupidity and do not waste time in vain.

I realized a difference in my client and I looked at it and it was really far from intuitive. I didn´t spent any time looking it up because it is probably not worth it but if I would launch something like that Id bring a pop up wwith a description.

My reaction also...I noticed the change in interface...looked at it for a minute or so but as Zhillip says, it does not appear intuitive and should appear in a larger pop up format. That said, it still did little to interest me.

I am also one of those who think it is unnecessary. Parallel bets are great business for pokerstars and I understand that they want to tempt you to bet while you are playing a tournament these hours. Each will choose whether to bet in parallel or not.

My only recommendation is to simply "hide" this option. The "Side Bets" distract you and it is practically an attempt to force you to play the casino. It is sad to see a the rooms try to turn a strategy and skill game into simply a lottery.

We can think that these initiatives are additional attempts to attract new players. If these decisions are positive or negative, the test of time will tell us.

No , no , no, I would say LOL but since I'm in the USA and can't play on PokerStars anyway it doesn't really matter but I would definitely not be interested in that.. at first I thought it meant like a last longer bet you could make with someone else and those are fun but then I realized it's just side betting against the house on the table,, which I would never do. Poker is enough gambling

I do not like gambling (roulette, blackjack, etc.). And I think pokerstars could completely remove them from the poker client. And would make a separate client with gambling, for those who are interested. I would be glad that the client for my country had the opportunity to bet on sports. It is a pity that this is not yet possible.

I can't even work out how to use the function, let alone actually bother to do it. Another room I used to play did side bets. I don't see the point myself. If you feel the need to bet there are plenty of other options.

I can see this feature being closed down in some territories before long.

i a few times tried the gambling on acr when you win you can try double the prize... i win so seldom, then when i finally do and gamble the meager amount - then poof it sudden all gone to zero usd... i get sad after 3 hours of stress work to make it to finally get monies i gamble it all gone *sighs*
i do like to gamble sometimes by play spin & goes, play blackjack in casino...
i believer in let people do what they wish
also i wish that the poker playing places, do make monies so they will continue to operate, offer us good things
so let the gamblers finance the research & development of online poker, i think

As people are waiting for their hand most of them will say: Hey let put some change here maybe I get an Ace and win something back. Multiplying with thousand times it get back that one million they are giving for the anniversary, after that option will stay and they will make huge amount of money, that's why is positioned at first place at the bottom of the screen.
Me personally don't like that side option and I can see from where idea comes, big online betting sites have similar "small games" where you can "entertain" yourself while waiting for the big bucks. I'm against that. Nice thread and good way to see peoples reaction and what it is theirs opinion for something, I'm sure is not in their benefit.
