If you could add $1000 a month to CardsChat events at PokerStars, what would you do?


I would make 4 weekly $150 tournaments (saturday)
top 5 of each tournament play a $400 final game (last sunday of month)

There has been some great ideas in this thread. I will give two less imaginitive ones. I also exclude myself from the Blowout raffle.

A) Have once a month game for Platinum level with fixed prizes regardless of the amount of players, and maybe add some 'tasks' for entering.

Or B) Give out 'pokerstars scholarships' in a raffle for all members. Maybe 10 x 100$ or 20 x 50$ for each month and ask members to report back how they have used it. A 'scholarship' could be won only once in two years.

I would add 1 weekly tourney of $200-250$ every Saturday at 5pm ET , every member of CC to play them (or only FRC members , mods decide) , with different poker formats every week .

I would create regular satellites open for cardchat members. Prizes would be tickets to interesting PS tournaments.

Not sure whether this already exists though.

If you could add $1000 a month to CardsChat events at PokerStars, what would you do?

Would make a final bounty tournament at the end of the month with $1 buy-in, almost like party poker. And accordingly the following prizes:

1. 215T.
2-3. 109T.
4-7. 55T.
8-13. 22T.
14-21. 11T.
22-31. 5.50T.​

And the remaining funds + buy-in amount is divided by the number of participants as a reward.
For those who do not have funds to participate, make a series of freerolls that will allow select people by directly invite.


Or select people based on the results shown for a certain period and let them play so there are no random champions, but only those who deserve it.

Answer:I would create 2 events and split the funds evenly as prize pool for both ($500/$500), one being a knockout freeroll ($250 as prize & $250 in knockouts ) and another being an Omaha or Omaha hi/lo tournament. (Would be fun :3 )
