Michael J. Fox and Back to the Future co-star Christopher Lloyd stepped back in time on March 5 for a charity poker tournament. This year, Lloyd was the guest of honour as celebrities gathered to raise money for Parkinson’s disease research.

I still remember Michael J. Fox before he became a Hollywood celebrity. Family Ties - some of my childhood memories...

I was truly sad when he came forward with the news about his illness. Still, he has coped quite well and longer with his disease than most.

It is unfortunate that the event did not attract wider amount of stars. But then again, there are so many fundraisers to choose from, and not everyone wants to become associated with gambling. But Katie Couric playing poker - who knew?
