Today, May 30, 2023, is the first day of the 54th world series of poker! And as usual, the series kicks off with the Casino Employees and the $25k 6-handed High Roller events.

I read that he's partnering up with Phil Helmuth in the Team Event. (lucky for Phil, lol... actually it'll likely be great for both of them. I thought it was a cool pick). I'm a huge fan of Daniel Cates (& also of Helmuth pre 2010 but still like him today)

Fell asleep watching PokerGo broadcast of the 7 card Stud Final table on YouTube

Even got the table felted just for Stud looks nice quality touch.

Woke up to my tablet on low battery and there heads up in the Stud.
