Now is the question :How a former/teachers playing 100$ recreationally buy in s&g????=)) that holds ~7 min (at most) lets say 10-15 min where we all know is hyper mega fast (s&g speed) in conformity with cips stack .

Depends where you live. If you live in a poor country, 1 million is more than enough to live from the rest of your life.
If you live in an expensive place (like this guy in Bermuda) then it's indeed not enough.
I know in Belgium, an everage person earns 1.5 millions in a lifetime, so one million is not enough to just quit your job and live from it.
