We can't all make it to Las Vegas for the world series of poker so what better way to catch a (virtual) glimpse than with CardsChat contributor, poker pro and writer, Chris Wallace. Chris provides us with a personal point of view on anything from poker players to food to ongoings throughout the series and some personal observations and hopefully a lot of pictures. (there are a few pictures to get us started in the article linked below.)

Thanks for sharing this.
I've been wondering why the wsop Tournament chip count updates don't have player pictures this year?

And how do those Fast trac machines work? (tks)

$14.00 hotdogs. Yes I will pass on that one. Tried the cake machine somewhere else last year. If its the cake boss ones it is really good. As for Margaritas comment. I agree and I love that town. OK margaritas are my thing. Looking forward to arriving in 5 weeks.

I'm hoping Chris updates us on that...he seemed pretty eager to try it.

When I was there last August it was $8.00 per slice at the Linq. I am sure it may be higher at the WSOP but cant be too much I hope more. I did see several of the machines in various casinos but not sure if the price varied. It was a huge piece of cake at least.
