I don't think poker is to blame. It doesn't matter what merit a person had before he committed a crime, if he is guilty he must answer to the law in a court of law.

Where did someone say that poker is to blame?
When the article specifically mentions that it was the bracelet holder, it personally makes me think that it was kind of his game.
