What is the deal with delays from Cake Poker?

I have waited almost two months for a pending cashout from Cake Poker. Whenever I email them to inquire, they send me the same kind of response - about an unknown duration for the delay - delays in processing times - that they will email me as soon as the cashout is sent out.

Part of me says just wait and see, be patient. But that's easier said than done when the cashout is for > $2,000.

I am not okay with just sitting here and doing nothing. I understand that because of Black Friday, that these issues were coming for U.S. players. But surely there's something else that can be done.

Is there a gaming commission, or other government/legal entity I should be contacting?
How should I proceed?
