Yes normally that should work but unfortunately dealing with 888 support is a history for itself.

Its expected that he has to explain this to them 10 times+ more untill they get it and manually change the adress in his account to the new adress with the document provided by him.

Had this before on Stars and Tiger and i just sent the new document and they adjusted the adress in my account in no time.
