I got a merge check issued
and being rejected
but I was happy to learn that.
It may not the problem of withdraw from merge
and may not the problem of issue check from merge
and may not the problem of deposit check to bank account

But It MAY the problem of THE WAY TO deposit checks.

I am happy that I have a friend who is in a finance major to let me know what to problem may come from:

First it is a foreign check
but be sure to check about what company/bank issued the check.

if it is a company check not a bank check, and not a some big name bank check.
then it is not the right way to deposit the check to your bank checking/saving account, either through ATM or bank counter.

because even big bank is unable to clear foreign check from a company. It is most of the bank's rule.

the right way is to go to the lobby and find a manager to submit check collection service on your behalf.

Sometimes it has fee involved.
and may cost about 4-6 weeks to clear.

PS: if there are any other options like wire transfer, think that is the best way to do it.
