Problem in cashing out in spade club !

I did all the levels for cashing out
i sent to cashier@spadeclub.com all what they asked including passport scan and i got a replay that said - faliure
why did it happen?

They might be a scam or your passport might not bee clear to read. I would send the email one more time to see if you get a different response.

i sent the email at least 5 times
and it doesnt gives so much explenations about why the failure happened
