I guess this is normal... my preferred currency is also set in USD , cause most games are in USD...
But when I withdraw it will be in my currency automatically when it arrives

Send them an email to see if it solves your problem, whenever I send an email they respond very quickly

Transfer to your home currency (if £, €,$cad) in pokerstars, then withdraw otherwise you get a bad rate

When you withdraw it will be in US funds automatically when it arrives to your bank account or your visa.

What currency would they allow you to withdraw? What is the problem if you withdraw the allowed currency? PS just allows me to withdraw in EUR but the bank converts the transferred fund to local currency.

Yes, I always bet in dollars, after which when I withdraw this money, they automatically transfer money in my currency and there's no problem, there's no big commission and that's it, but everything happens fine, I think you need to talk to their technical service
