Pokerstars Ontario Withdraw

I've been on pokerstars for probably 10 years. Always used insta check deposits / withdrawals. They did the "Ontario" canada regulatory requirements and now we play on the Ontario only. I deposited same method I've always used. They will not allow withdrawal without proof of bank account, no problem....after doing this for all the Ontario sites. I use Canada Trust and I guess the void cheque used to setup the account years ago has an extra digit at the end and it doesn't on the statements. Found a thread on reddit that TD doesn't have the full amount of numbers or something so a number is added to cheques.

Now I'm going on 10 emails begging them to help me...keep getting canned responses. I've submitted and resubmitted the proper account documents and they won't confirm it for withdrawals.


I even added instadebit to try to withdraw there....but that is seven day hold and then I'll try to see if I can add it as a withdrawal. This is nuts....I've been on there for years and never had an issue. Their support is the worst I've experienced.

Until this Ontario segregation pokerstars App is dropped, I will not game online period. If we all stopped going along with these policies that further handicap ontarians and segregate us into online holding pens, that would be a start.
If we could get back to enjoy what internet gaming was suppose to offer, Global selection of players and opponents.

I agree with your concerns about withdrawals. The headings on the withdrawal form are holdovers from the Isle of Mann and make no sense to me, or my friends. If anyone has figured out how to withdraw funds in Ontario, we would all be grateful.

Does any one know, I paid by visa i went to withdraw my wins. I had $590 i went to withdraw 500. It still shows a current balance of 590. Does that mean I didn't actually withdraw mt funds??? Shouldn't it show a balance of $90 once I've completed

I wish the Ontario players luck, and I think it's healthy to be able to make deposits and to be able to make withdrawals, that everything works out well, cheering for you..

It may be a processing delay that may depend on the time they start and finish the batch transactions. Hopefully no more than overnight but I’d contact support to get an accurate timeframe.

How do you contact support. Is there an email or phone number. I’m trying to withdrawal $500. Super fast and easy to take my money. But to jump through hoop after hoop to get paid out this is ridiculous. Someone please help me. Lol
