PokerStars: Deposit only for Casino?

Has anyone else had the problem on poker stars where u deposit cash. But they will only allow you to play on casino side?

No matter what side I am on either casino or poker side. Everytime I deposited cash. It says insufficient funds deposit money to play poker. But I'll have all the cash available on casino side

Customer support said redownload everything and try again. That's the only help I get from them. Maybe someone on here can help me

It sounds like you may have accidentally deposited your funds into the casino wallet on PokerStars instead of your poker wallet. You should be able to transfer your funds between wallets by following these steps:

1. Log in to your PokerStars account and go to the Cashier.
2. Click on the "Transfer Funds" button.
3. Choose the amount you want to transfer and select the destination wallet (in this case, your poker wallet).
4. Click "Submit" and the transfer should be processed almost immediately.

If you continue to experience issues, you may want to try contacting PokerStars customer support again and specifically asking for assistance with transferring your funds between wallets. They should be able to help you resolve the issue.
