in order to cash out on stars, do none american players need to involve third parties like netteller to cash out? or does stars deposit the money directly into their bank accounts like party poker and pacific poker for example?

Only way for americans to get money out of PS is to have an Epassporte account and send the money to Epassporte and then to your bank. I heard that it is a pain and most people hate Epassorte. The best thing to do is just have them send you a paper check in the mail. They arrive in less than 2 weeks which will prbly be faster and less hassle than Epassporte.
