Poker winnings to Paypal money

We want to trade poker money for paypal money, but the transfer is not listed on the actual poker sites. I am wondering if this is a legitimate operation. Maybe I am looking in the wrong spots.
BLUF, just want a fast way to liquidate poker winnings.

Nope, PayPal doesn't do transfers to or from poker sites.

Sure would make me happy if they did - my bank wouldn't know how much I'm "winning" at poker!
