I just get them to block the card that I used to deposit which means no more deposits/withdrawals via that method and then they allow me to withdraw through echeck.

I wasn't aware of that. fock, I've just always figured that what ever method I hoped to withdrawal with, I'd need to deposit with it first.

entropay and instadebit are the best options for Canadians. You can easily link both of them to your Canadian bank account.
