Offshore bank account

Anyone know of an offshore bank that will accept me as a US Resident. I am a customer of gambling site that doesn't accept us customers. I now need to get the money back that I have won. I need to find an offhshore bank that will allow me to receive money from gambling web sites.

Maybe, just maybe, you should have thought of that before you started playing at a site that doesn't allow US customers??? Hope you balance isn't too high so the lesson isn't that expensive.

It is not illegal to have an offshore bank account, but you may have problems getting a safe one if you are not able to open the account in person.

Even if you had one though, aren't there other identification requirements at the gambling site in order to withdraw, such as ID and utility bills to prove your residency?

I just need an bank account outside of the usa to wire my money to. I just need to find an offshore bank that will permit me to get wire transfers from a gambling site.
