my guess is that the more generous the freeroll offerings , the harder the cashout rules are for non depositors ( rollover , and even fees are required on intertops , for example ) . Full Flush was giving away lots before it went belly up !

I don't think they will let you cash out before you made initial deposit.
Even if you win some in freerolls, on most of the poker site, you have to make some kind of deposit or provide valid ID, bank account, etc.... how they should withdraw your money.
