Moneybookers---- gambling money-- fraudulent?

Why Moneybookers consider gambling money as fraudulent.
There are some countries that are not allowed to use moneybookers to deposit and withdraw money form any gambling site. Then what is the essence of puting moneybookers in most of the poker site as a payment processor.

It's unfair.

I don't like moneybookers. Spent to much time trying to get my money onto it using my bank account and MB wasn't giving me the correct info to make the transfer.
