yes its perfect legal but if you gave a friend some cash and took the $ and ran u might wanna chose your friends a little bit wiser. The minimum withdrawl on pokerstars and Full tilt is $100 though

It is still chip dumping, but as to whether they are watching or even care about it happening on play chip tables is doubtful. I have heard about different sites buying play chips on both FTP and PS, but technically it would still be against the sites rules to chip dump play chips.
