how about filing taxes on bovada winnings what do I file it under what do I claim

Try and stick to the ATM deposits and depending on which bank you are a member of is the check clearing time ... TD cleared mine over night / PNC is giving me a run around now ...

So you did deposit a check in TD atm, Its because TD is canada bank? :eek:

As was said above, as long as the check is under $10,000, and you're not making daily deposits of similar amounts, you're golden. Now try taking out a loan to play poker - that will be a whole different matter.

That link pretty much sums it up. You don't have to file gambling taxes unless you won a lot and I mean a lot of money at least 300 times the amount you wagered. Like I wouldn't even fiddle with it if say you bet $20 and won some money but it wasn't like enough to buy a new car or something.

There is a section in filing taxes that asks about gambling winnings.
There is but I wouldn't even worry about it unless they won like the jackpot or something astronomical.
