After not depositing on intertops i was trying to cash out $900 and was denied. because i never made a deposit here and they gave me a $25 bonus but never knew i had to spend it on sportsbook and let it rollover 16x when i talk 2 a representative they said i can only cash out $250.. now they dont answer my question " how can i get my money out" they dodge that question again again and again i wonder why tho? oh well i guess this site is not really legit hope they wont say i cant cash out $250.. any1 ever had any glitches here before? have a great morning every1 and god bless!

I have only heard good things about the intertops cashouts, but yes it does require a deposit and if depositing to withdraw one should never use a bonus code especially a sportsbook bonus code because like a casino bonus they always have some redic rollovers and lock in your funds generally or you can probably ask them about forfeiting the bonus amount to see if it could be done that way.

also does the rollover have to be used on sportsbook or can it be with raking on poker as well? I wish you the best in getting you funds, they are certainly legit so just be patient.

I swear intertops are cheater and thiefs, they keep talking about a bonus of $25 they send me last year but i spend that.. and now i have won $28 on jackpotfreeroll i TID!! and ran my money to over $1100 and requested a withdrawal for $950 it got denied, then they starts talking about this damn bonus i told them 2 investigate they said they will update me on that, been 2 weeks and nothing so i said fck it i spend this shyt on sportbook spend over 400 now i wake up this morning and get an email from them, saying that my request for 200 has been approve? wtf is going on here i never requested it and now i have $177 in my poker account.. ok prepare for this now this bleep are saying because i won my money on a bonus from them they gonna void the remaining $177, is that even legal for them 2 do? im so bleeping frustrated...

yes, typically funds won from a bonus cannot be withdraw until the rollover requirements have been met. In this situation is looks like although you lost the bonus that having not made a further deposit prior to then winning money that its still linked back to the bonus which is likely why they indicated about the rollover amount.

Seems like an unfortunate situation to have but from their point of view they gave you a bonus, you never made a deposit and now have 1k in your account thus its "technically" money earned from an account last seeded via the bonus they provided ..... and all funds could be locked to the bonus rollover requirements. In your case it seems they are allowing you to cashout 200$ but must essentially giveup the additional 177 (probably based on a prorated requirements being met for the rollover).

It sounds like you were killing it there doing something over the last few weeks to turn 28$ into $1100 so the best approach you should have taken, and probably in hindsight was to keep grinding poker and maybe throw a 25$ sportsbet every once in a while to meet the requirements while still building the br. It might be frustrating but they are a reputable site and it sounds like they are simply following what is likely laid out in the T&S agreement you accepted when accepting their free sportsbet or whatever the 25$ could be used for.

In fact they are celebrating a 20 year anniversary on Monday the 18th for the first online sportsbet ever made which was obv with them.

Unfortunately, I was in the same situation as you were. I had another account (that was deactivated), that I ran the money up from a $25 deposit. Ran it up to $3K before trying to withdraw. Got the same thing you got-- was told that the bonus on the site only allows for 10x the initial bonus for withdrawal. Sucks too, I was running hot and doing great at the midstakes and the large tourneys.
Intertops is a pretty legit site, but they need to learn how to actually handle these bonuses. It's such a joke to take people's money away after they run it up.

Bovada let me withdraw from winnings in freerolls after they quit having freerolls. They are a good legit site. I don't know about intertops.

I did a bitcoin cashout from intertops for 1100 dollars that supposedly came out on april 1st to my bitcoin account. I never got it. I also had one done for 1040 which did come through and it shows on april 5th i recieved the money. Both went to the same address. So i look on my transaction page on intertops and it says that my 1040 was a bitcoin withdrawal but my 1100 is a bonus for withdrawal. It makes no since. So then i look back on my bitcoin wallet no transaction came out on the 1st of april. The only other cashout i had come to me was a 5 dimes cashout on april the 2nd. So the payouts department says that I been paid. I have proof of pictures that I never got my cashout from intertops for my 1100 in bitcoin. So they said they will investigate it again for another 24 to 48 hrs. I have 100% proof i never got my cashout and they don't even want to see the pictures but i sent them anyways to prove I never got my cashout and that they never did my bitcoin withdrawal that they sent it out as some bonus instead of bitcoin. So i will update everyone on this in the next 24 to 48 hrs to tell you whats going on.

It sounds like i had 1100 stolen from me if they are saying i got paid. They have no proof of payment on my transaction in my wallet account or my transaction page on my intertops account instead of saying bitcoin withdrawal it just says bonus. The 1040 that came out says bitcoin withdrawal. So they owe 1100. But right now they are saying that i got paid but will investigate it one more time. I will also provide pictures on this forum if they dont rectify this situation. I was 100% never paid and the 1100 is no longer in intertops account.

Ive cashed out a few times from intertops with no problem. But on the last time i tried i did the check thingy and it bounced cost me money out of my bank account and they never made the check right. Before asking for a check i always used WU wire and that always worked fine. So like many other sites i put them on my no play list. I used to use there sportbook i have used it for years. Yup always be careful of the free money on free bet promotions from any site its a double edge sword.

I will if they don't fix it but right now they understand I never got my money in my wallet so now they are talking with the processor about it to find out whats going on. They said on their end it says transaction is succesful but see it hasn't made to my wallet. But now they know i didn't get my money so they know they owe me money. I will update the resolution in next few days.

well damn. good thing I never won anything with that $25 bonus. This really sucks but a great headsup thanks. I still have a few bucks from that bogus bonus they sent.

So far I have no money but they said they will find out by thursday. They know and confirmed the money was not sent to my account and they are finding out through the processor what happened. I am guessing they either will credit my account or the processor will decide to send me a cashout. Either way hopefully this is resolved by then.

yea on most website they want you to have made a cash deposit before they let you cashout, mostly because of freerolls and they dont want you to cahs out for free you know

they did pay me the bitcoin back put the money back in my account and did the bitcoin cashout that day. So whatever the issue was they fixed it.

i see i have a balance of 20 bucks and change on my bonus balance in intertops poker. how can i use those to play for money?
