Ya know with a $100 fee to cashout I think is extortion. A small fee of $10-$20 would be fair as it does take time validate and produce a check. But $100 is just a plain ripoff. If you look at the cashiers tab they have put back the p2p tab. it doesn't work yet but, support says it will be soon.
With that in mind I would wait till it's functioning and then do some funds swaps.

It is better than getting nothing at this point (imo).

The fee goes down to $50 with an acceptable amount of play... requested a check 2/9 and got it a week later. Still waiting for funds to clear the foreign bank the check was issued from before my bank will release the dough to me.
