I deposited $30 with visa and earned over $1000 playing poker. I tried to withdraw and it would not let me. I contact support and all they say is that US residents cant withdraw with Visa even though I clearly state I am from canada not the US. It wont even let me request a check. What should I do?

Maybe giving the whole story could be a good start. There's at least one thing, if not more, missing from the details.

This pretty much. There's no way FTP is preventing you from withdrawing without a very good reason.

What more details is there? It won't let me request a withdraw, not even by check. I even played the whole deposit bonus, thinking that once I complete that, I will be able to withdraw.

You've done something to throw up the red flag at Full Tilt.

Start again by contacting support by e-mail, giving a complete, civil and accurate description of the problem. Give them time to respond. FT is not the brightest bulb in the lamp when it comes to timely e-mail replies, but they don't lock out withdrawals for no reason. Something in your information is of concern to them, or does not match.

One thing that often comes up is that when a player first opened an account, they gave some amount of bogus info, thinking they were 'protecting' themselves or being 'cute'. After hitting a few miracle wins, they want to withdraw. Now the player changes the personal info and the withdraw request is made -- RED FLAG. Personal info change and immediate withdrawal request = immediate CAUTION at the least.

Good luck with a resolution.

Well when I deposited. My mother used her credit card, because I don't have one and when it asked for it. She used her name. May that be the issue?

Yes that could very well be the issue. Have you sent them a copy of your drivers license and bank statement? When I cashed out about 2 weeks ago from FT (got my check in the mail on Friday, WAHOO) I had to give them a copy of both of these things. I whited out the account number and driver's license number and they still accepted it. They just want proof that you are who you say you are and that you actually live where you say you live.

SO uhm, yes...if you used your mom's credit card but gave them your information it will cause a problem. You will have to contact support and tell them the whole story. They may end up asking for your mom's information and you may have to put the account in her name? I'm really not sure, you'll have to e-mail them and see what they say.

Maybe after mommy takes him to the DMV for his drivers test, she can help him make a copy of it. But, the age thing might be a red flag too. :D
