Global Poker, Has anyone from Kentucky cashed out from here?

So... Globalpoker?
They say they are a USA facing site, however i went to log in one day and i received a popup asking me to acknowledge usa players can no longer cash out this has been several months ago. anyone else receive this popup?

yes you have to call support I never had a problem with withdrawls
