I think he wants to know if you use a gift certificate, does it count as a deposit as far as withdraw procedures go. ie: You must deposit in order with withdraw.

Correct me if I am mistaken, but regardless, that's a good question that I do not know the answer to :(

Well ... I wanna give my Brother a Gift Cert for hes X-mas present... He has not got an account you see... What he get hes 100% bonus etc....

I would think that it would but contacting FTP support (and waiting for the answer) is probably the only way to be 100%.
