Hello Jason,

Thank you for contacting full tilt poker Support.

We apologize for the delay in processing your withdrawal request. Our cashiers work hard to process transactions in a timely manner, and withdrawal requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing slightly longer processing times due to a high volume of transaction requests. Rest assured your withdrawal will be processed as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.

Regards,

Michael

This has happend quiet often with me at poker sites online, it's been a pain since the laws were passed about gambling online in the US. party poker use to go through quickly a couple of years ago.

I don't think you were getting it in time, regardless of this issue...a week is not enough time.

If you don't have enough money for fantasy football you shouldn't be playing online, it takes at least a week for it to come in the mail or longer plus processing

Your Delay

Hi Jason,

How are you requesting your money. I heard if you just allow them to put it in the checking account electronically, it's alot faster than the two weeks it takes to get your check. I would suggest trying it electronically next time.

wow, that's really a shame that it takes so long to get money from full tilt poker. For some people who are living paycheck by paycheck, it is extremely important to have your money delivered to you in a prompt manner.

I withdrawed using the cash transfer method saturday night so I hope to get my confirmation info soon so I can go to a moneygram location and get my cash. I emailed them asking full tilt some questions and I got the same message saying they are having a high volume of traffic so I hope it can go through soon.

Do some of these people in this thread even have fulltilt installed on their computer?

There's basically 4 options listed there...I used the 2nd option..... to make matters worse Ultraprepaid is charging a wopping 3% to wire the funds to my checking account... that can really be alot of money

This is the best advice in this whole thread. Your BR should be completely separate from money that you need for anything else.

Also, has anyone done the check option? I don't like the idea of sending them a copy of any credit card or insurance papers.

Althought I haven't used the check option, I have spoken with others that say that it does take about two weeks to get the check. I don't think that I would be wanting to wait that long for the money in the same manner I wouldn't want to be waiting to fund my account that way.

It is a matter of business not whether you can afford for FullTilt to hold on to your money interminably. I remember a time when banks controlled float that lasted from 48 hours to 2 weeks dependent on the circumstances of the funds. To support this practice banks always made the case that supported their position - it's takes that long. In modern times this obvious lie was exposed as a device to increase revenue by collecting windfall interest on your money, which was theirs for interest purposes, during this "float" period.

The amazing thing is that there are always those who blindly support corporations thinly veiled theft schemes, sometimes even after they have been exposed for all to see often with no benefit to themselves other than to support the "party line". I also fail to see the necessity of these various middlemen "processors" who have minimal exposure and expense and whopping fees when any viable company is perfectly capable and allowed (in the US) to set up it's own mechanism for the transmittal of funds national and international. Why don't these sites handle their own transactions for a small(er) fee?

My feeling is that FullTilt or any poker site should send me money I have won as quickly as possible if not immediately. In these days of instantaneous, worldwide business transactions 15 days is much too long. whether you need the money or can afford for them to hold on to it has nothing to do with it - even Bill Gates wants whats due him now if not sooner.

I'd like to see a logical explanation (from a players perspective) that permits, allows or prefers poker sites to keep funds that should be properly and quickly transferred to their customers. I remove the ubiquitous "processing time" because my ex-wife was a banker in a bank in Chicago. I saw their processing operation and while I guess a company less invested in monetary transactions than a bank will have less capacity, the technology is readily available to process literally millions of transactions in a day relatively easily, relatively inexpensively.

Yeah they seem to be having a lot of high traffic recently, it always gets there eventually especially with respected sites like FTP or pokerstars,

partypoker use to be quick at dealing with cashouts, don't know if they still are.

I have never downloaded any money at any site except poker stars. I have cashed out many times and I have never had any problems. However, I did some studying on the different sites and I found that poker stars was the most reliable. I am sure that every site has had their problems, however, I found poker stars to be very reliable.

do you do it by check or through a bank account? i feel as if checks take a longer time so wiring your bank account to full tilt could help by making transactions easier and more rewarding. you can easily deposit or withdraw...hopefully without a long wait too
