FTP withdrawal of transfered back more money?

Hello,
I've borrowed some time ago less than 10$ by transfer-I'm verified by neteller and made some 10$ deposits before but no withdrawal yet-This guy played a lot and won much more, and now wants transfer me back more money (about 50$ ) because of he has not have either neteller card and no option to withdraw money...
CAN I WITHDRAW those money after transfer, or we should play each other heads up and I will be able to do so if I win some money with him..
OR maybe I could only withdraw amount I've transfered to him???
But do not remember hom much it was exacly :0

if he never deposited he cannot transfer !

if he dumps cash to you in a headsup its illigal dumping and can result in banning from site and cash confiscation.

the amouth deposited has nothing to do with cashing out,
verified players can withdraw all in their account
