pokerstars gave me a $5 credit too which i turned into $25 after a week.
A month later, i was busto due to some poor bankroll management and lots of bad luck.

Now, i've worked my way up to $25 again with some freerolls and $0.10 tourneys, and i'm much more cautious with my bankroll.

The min xfer on Stars is $10. You received funds from the site. I got $10 on Cake in just such a manner, although they usually email you ahead of time.

There is no minimum on Stars for transfers.But they do give out free $5 for advertising for their money games.Gets more people to deposit usually

i have had people transfer me 1,2,3 dollars the min is 1 i think. And its very possible someone types your nickname in on accident that has happened to a couple people i know.

I recently recieved 10.00 from bodog that I had to play in the casino so I downloaded it and played for quite awhile.They sent a email or I would never have known.Got 5.00 from pokerstars quite awhile ago built a small bankroll on the .10 games with it.good luck all.

Yes i've a few $5 but for the casino : ( not for poker had one last week by mistake put it all on one spin on the slots, just wish there was a happy ending to this story but sadly i lost, nevermind, easy come - easy go.

I had an account on UB for 3 years and never deposited either, never got any money Lol. I had to earn my few dollars through hours of freerolls hahah. Like you said they're lucky for sure.

The sites do give you $5 to try it out, but since their is no min for a transfer on stars it was possibly a bounty from a private player in a tourney, but not sure. Enjoy the $$$ anyway!

I got some $ transferred to me and built a nice bankroll on PS all for free!

I think if one's account remains dormant and/or empty for a period of time, or if one tries to deposit funds without success, then PS may give ya $5.

I have also had random people give me $0.01 to several $$$.

i got the 5 dollars from stars but it was after i had won money in a freeroll and that was gone? so mayb once u get a hint of the real money and u dont deposit they try one last time to get u to deposit by givin you just little amount of money so u cant reallly play in any big trnys just a tease wit the 10c ones..haha
