Recently I've made a deposit with Ethereum,As usual got the Address provided by ACR software,and went to transfer the funds.
However I've encountered an issue with support saying they can't see the transaction at all.
I've send a transaction hash and provided both sender and recipient Addresse's with Screenshots.
I wanted to ask if anyone Else Encounter this kind of things with different type of crypto's,I've never had any issues with BTC deposits,always fast and smooth.
Would appreciate opinions/suggestions.
