E CHECK ON POKERSTARS

Whats the story with echeck 3 weeks ago pokerstars took $3000 from my account and another $4000 on top of that with made my account negitive.They claimes that over 6 weeks the echecks never cleared my bank.They said it wasnt my fault and i had to wire or send a bank check to them to make my account good.So i did now 2 days ago the same excat thing happened again...Is anyone else going through the same thing????????????????

I only used echeck 1 time but when i did even though the money was in my account right away it didn't clear the bank for week or more so i just left the cash alone and when they finally went for it it was there
