Cashout trouble at Pokerstars

Having trouble cashing out at pokerstars. Used eCheck for deposits. Field tells me I have a certain amount available to cash out but then tells me I cannot because my number is invalid because I don't have two digits after the decimal. Only thing is, I do have two digits after the decimal point. (notified support) Could this have anything to do with pending deposits? Some eCheck deposits look like they are still pending. thanks
