cash out ACR (blackchip)

hi all.. i've been playing freerolls and micro on Blackchip poker and have $167 balance..I just tried to withdraw to see how it works..i tried to withdraw $160 by bank transfer and it said $60 fee? I said ok just see what happens and it said insufficient funds to pay the transfer fee..lol..
It seems the easiest way to transfer is bitcoin, but i don't have any.. any advice on setting up a bitcoin account just to use for poker?..i know nothing about crypto currency, any pointers would would great...cheers ...btw, I've not deposited anything on blackchip yet..

if you want to withdraw money from ACR, then it's very easy just withdraw on a hard line and everything is very easy there just enter the address and the money comes right away, there are no problems with this I already did and everything was easy to receive the commission seemed small or not at all because I didn't notice it maybe it's different for different countries, but still the money comes immediately almost immediately

I am from argentina and for bitcoin I have RIPIO a highly recommended platform and I always recommend ACR because it is very easy to withdraw
