Bodog payout problems (at least in Canada)

trust me i have live chatted with them and called them personally they gave me the same run around and said they will not send me the money unless its with moneybookers this is after they enabled bank wire and check so its a loss cause calling them again when they are just gonna tell me the same thing

Most (if not all) poker sites require that you use the same method to withdraw that you used to deposit with. I'm just curious why you would have closed your moneybookers before withdrawing?

Usually though, you can always request a check, so that one's a head scratcher too.

thats what im saying the deposit method i used is usemybank i stopped using moneybookers so they are fully aware that i used usemybank

It was recommended to speak to you regarding payout issues. I requested a payout on the 22nd via direct bank transfer. I am based in canada. Today it's the 30th and 6th business day since the payout was approved and no deposit which is very concerning.

The customer service was unable to give me any details.

Can you assist me?

The standard time frame to expect a payout is 4-7 business days plus tomorrow (Friday the 1st) is a holiday in Canada so please let me know if your payout does not arrive by Monday, OK?

Payout via bank transfer

I recently requested a payout via bank transfer on 7/25/2011 and approved on 7/29/2011 for $2750. It's 8/12/2011 and have not received my money. It's a little frustrating because deposits instantly credit accounts yet for some reason the processor cant work with your bank account and instantly debit a payout. Sound familiar to anyone else?

Yes. See my thread. My bank wire is overdue also. The process takes too long I just want my money.

I've sent them a couple of emails and been told both times they would get right back to me but still havent heard anything. Do you think you might be able to help out?
