Betonline Withdrawls?

Hello,

I am a new player on Betonline poker and I withdrewl $490 by moneygram on Sunday and it still hasnt been approved. Each time I call up they give me the runaround, and tell me to call back inacouple of hours, for 2 days now. I am concerned I am not getting paid. Anyone else have this problem? I finally found an online poker site for US players but I hope they actually pay. Please give me your thoughts.

Just to note - OP's issue was resolved and he said that he had just not understood the process.
