best deposits? help please

My brother wants to get a fulltiltpoker real money account.

does somebody know where he can find the best deposits?

he would like a low fee on transactions (bank-account <-> deposit-account) and a fast activation!

I just deposited some money at Fulltilt after playing mostly at PS and Absolute. I don't think there is a "fast" option available to US customers. Now that I can't use my neteller account I checked out both Epassporte and MyWebATM.

I was seriously disappointed with Epassporte. They would not let me deposit from my CC until it had been verified, which took me faxing documents that took them over a week to state had not been faxed "legibly" enough. It took over an hour to contact them by phone, and it got me nowhere.

I then used the myWebatm. It, also, is by no means fast, but once you follow the steps your money should go through in about 3-5 days. I just got frustrated with Epassporte, so I went with mywebatm and *viola*... one week later I got my money at FT .

It costs USD50! to receive a cheque from epassporte to my country. Thats arguably the biggest amount Ive heard any site or institution charge for a simple cheque delivery and definitely the most absurd.

ok my brother lives in germany! will it take longer? and does somebody know how much money they gonna charge??
