Has anyone managed to withdraw money from jack poker?

I'm testing jack poker and my account doesn't have the option to withdraw, I've already made deposits but have not withdrawn anything.
Apparently the App is not good.😤😤

This is the first time I've heard of such an app. I don't trust gaming rooms made by individual entrepreneurs, as a rule, these rooms have a deposit button, but there is no withdrawal button. If I play, there is at least a withdrawal to the accounts of giant rooms like GG, PS, 888.

What types of games did it have?

why make a deposit if you don't know if you will be able to withdraw funds? ..... it's somehow quite strange

I hope it's just a glitch or that perhaps the button will appear once you've completed some requirements (idk.. verification? play a certain number of hands? rake a certain amount?).

I had a bit of a headache making the withdrawal. They have some rules like all other rooms... You can't withdraw if you have a bonus pending.
Still, I remember having to talk to support via Telegram or something, but they quickly resolved it... And then they released it.

I tried too withdraw last Monday , since then I have made 11 attempts for the same all have been declined , spoken too customer support several times only too be told they are trying too fix the problem please wait , stay away
