For anyone wanting to know how ACR is doing on cash out speed as of July 2021.
They are doing great with a little glitch...
ACR now has the verification you need to do before your first cash out built into their Windows Poker Client (The software you use to play on PC.) I have been verified for years and you only need to verify one time, but when I tried
to cash out, the poker client said I was not verified and I would need to send in ID, Proof of Address, and Credit Card photo's for a Credit card I have used in the past.
I contacted customer service and they said they would look into it. Meanwhile I just went ahead and
took photo's of my Drivers License, a utility bill and the CC and uploaded it via the Poker Client because I did not want to wait any longer than necessary if customer service came back to me and said I had to do that. I then contacted customer service again and told them I re-submitted everything but I did not really want to wait for a review of these documents because I was already verified. Within minutes all my documents were showing "approved" on the Poker Client and I was able to cash out as I normally do.
Speed of Cash Out: I submitted the cash out for bitcoin successfully about 4:30PM ET yesterday (Saturday) and when I woke up today (Sunday) I found that I had received the bitcoin overnight at 5:00AM ET which is GREAT... Good Job ACR!!!!!!!!!!!!
So... hopefully in regard to verification this was just a glitch and they will fix it for people who are verified already, but if you do re-verify or verify your account for the first time via the Poker Client, hopefully it will go as quickly for you as it did for me. I don't know if the fact that I had already contacted customer service had anything to do with how fast my documents were approved or not.
ACR has always been pretty fast handling issues for me and this time was no different and I think considering the difficulties in dealing financially with players from the USA like me, and dealing with players from other countries that are similar regarding financial
transactions with poker sites, that they do a great job.
