888 poker withdrawal

Hi I'm new to 888 poker, so I deposit $10 minimum to play then I deposit again $10, I won on cash game, tournament and Casino also in roulette. So I cash out total $300 so it says my withdrawal is being processed after 2 days waiting I received their email they send $20 in my bank, but the rest of my cash out $280 they return to my account in 888poker, I don't know what is the reason, I don't understand.. Pls. help

I don't know what the problem is with 888 but it may be because you are still new or there is a withdrawal limit, but I think it's best to ask the support why that was the case with you

First of all, you need to contact the site support with a question. It may even be related to your bank card or the account to which you withdraw money. I had the problem of withdrawing to the webmoney wallet (there was a limit on the amount) until I submitted the documents and thus increased the wallet limit.

Or else do what another member said here , choose another withdrawal method . Also see if you have any bonuses uncleared . I wish you goodluck with the withdrawal .

In the past I made once withdrawal , I have no complaint from 888poker , they proceeded it normaly , even though I was playing from a country they had departed from , they didn't refuse to pay me , that I have to say

Bank wire transfer is always available. I haven't deposited using bank wire, but have cashed out several times. Previously I was withdrawing from 888 to my bank card, until my country government decided that bank cards can not be used for gambling. When my withdrawal request was rejected and money returned to my account - i've contacted 888 support and they advised me to use bank wire transfer. It's free and easy, but takes some time

Could be that you havent done the wagering on the first deposit?

normaly after you collected an amount of points it means you have done the wagering, that's why they only allowed you to cashout 20$ since your deposit was 10$, in your account check active bonuses, it probably still has requirments for wagering on poker, if you complete that, then you can withdraw the full amount!

They don't have the fastest support, but they do pay out. I haven't had any issues there.
