I never do that, actually I prefer to block my chat option because I don’t like anything to distract me from the game.

i prefer to play fair, and honestly there is no way that someone can put me out of focus of my game, sometimes i got irritated but that doesn't make me to take strange decisions. i never tilt.

Agree. I might sometimes try to needle a player, if they just spewed away a lot of chips, by saying something like "nice hand", or by sending them a trophy on 888 Poker. But I dont think, its particularly effective, so if you never do it, you are still going to be completely fine. And as for excessive table talk, its honestly a fish tell. Winning regulars dont have time for that, since they are usually busy playing on multible tables

That's no good thing. In my opinion you should be calm, patience and trying to respect your opponents. When somebody just doing that things I just ignoring them and quit the chat off. But really hate when people start to insult players.

Nothing wrong with a little banter but when it degenerates to name calling, racial slurs or homophobic remarks then it’s up to all of us to report it.

No, I never do that because I don't like it myself when others do it for me.
I generally don't think it's nice to insult or demotivate other people in a chat.
Rather, you should motivate the new players to keep going in order to make the game more popular.

The best way to demoralize players and make them tilt is through your game. Nothing better than bluffing again over and over, and then have the stone cold nuts when he pushes all in.

I chat when I feel chatty. I find though that some people don't like that, and yes. it does get them mad sometimes. I don't do it on purpose, but I agree with you that it has that effect.

I do not demoralize players or use aggressive language. There are times when I do talk back to players if they are trying to make fun of me or swear at me after I win a pot against them. I usually would do this if I want to get them tilted.

You are only demoralizing yourself. I wouldn't recommend it.

I agree with blocking chat for tournaments.
I put chat on if I am in a cash game because I am untrusting and from time to time I see collusion.
