Another reason is that these players use Hud or have identified their tendencies very well.

You are asking, if people think, online poker is safe. But what you really mean, is, if people think, the sites, where you play, are rigged to make some players including yourself always lose and other players always win. The short answer is no. I dont believe, this is the case, and I will continue to not believe it, until you or someone else presents actual evidence rather than essentially just complaining about some bad beats, you suffered

Online poker rigged or not ? This is an eternal question... without certified answer. We all experience those coolers and bad beats, sometimes again the same opponent.
Downswings hurt but they are part of the game. Manage to deal with those difficult periods is one of the keys to improve poker results IMO.
But I am still learning...

Based on the standard deviation, it may happen that you lose several times in a row against a given player. If this goes on for a long time and in the meantime these opponents always win with better cards and weaker cards, then it can be a bit strange...
Patience and game analysis can be the key to these hands, that you might have messed something up during the hand, if everything is good and you played correctly, you must win sooner or later.
