I don't see any 9 max fast fold on poker stars at 2NL. Is there at higher stakes or different site? I'm in canada if that matters.

Think that game format has pretty much died out. On pokerstars 2NL was the last table still running, and apparently even that table has now stopped and been removed. Its not even, that PokerStars decided to not offer these games any more. The tables simply stopped running one by one, and then at the end they were taken down, since there is no reason for a poker sites to offer games, that never run.
