What are the positive and negative sides of online poker?

Could you highlight whether there is a positive or negative side to playing poker in person or online?

I only play online because I can't play live. The advantages of playing online are convenience and accessibility. The disadvantage in my case is the possibility of losing connection during the game. I am from Ukraine, we have a war and there are often interruptions with communications and electricity.

Positive - u are confy in your house doing what u want with your total control
Negative - interruptions are possible and can make you lose a hand o fold nuts or something similar you cant control

The bad thing about online poker is that you can lose a lot of money quickly without even thinking about it too much. The bad side of live poker is that people can behave inappropriately and aggressively, there are people who do not know how to lose.

live poker

The excitement of the table, feeling cards, is pure adrenaline.
You must be much more observant, you must invest your time in observing the opponents at your table very well.
You must observe all the hands, and memorize so that later when it is your turn you know how to act against that opponent.

One of the main advantages of online poker is that it is always there. The downside is that it is a much faster game than what you will see in a casino or poker room. In a casino or card room, you can play thirty hands per hour.

The positive aspects of online poker are that you can log in anytime and play whenever you want and anywhere at work at home or when you play offline tournaments, you get a lot of emotions and live communication at the poker table is cool

For me, the positives outweigh the negatives by a lot. The negatives are no physical tells and that live poker is generally way softer. The positives are that you get to play way more hands per hour, you can easily track your hands and statistics, and you don't have to wear pants.
