Hi,

I have had a few good results in tournament in the past. Especially in live. Nowdays I play mainly cash. But every time I try a tournament (online), I just stand no chance. No matter what strength my hand is, all-in will be a lose. With on the top some crazy moves from fish that got there.

So how long (in buy-in) did you last without winning anything in tournament?

I also cannot hold out for long, but every ten attempts I go quite far, recouping all the buy-ins and even doubling their amount. I can advise you to play MTT knockouts tournaments, there is less dispersion and less pressure on the player's psychology, because tickets are often won back

Usually when people talk about "always", they mean over a totally meaningless small sample like 5 or 10 tournaments ;)

The variance in MTT online is huge, espescially on micro and low buy-in , because a lot of players go all in with bullshit during the first levels.
Online they can skip from one tournament to another if they lose, but it's not the same in live poker.
