I watch many poker streamers but mainly Greeks.
It's up to you what you like but I think smaller streams are more beneficial for the watcher because you interact with the streamer.
Not sure if you've checked these ones out, but they are my favorites (by far) and am thinking you may like them also.
abarone68
Aaron has been playing for the past 15yrs. He was previously a SNG specialist (& also SPINS) but has been MTT's now for the past 5yrs.
He's a winning player, abi is probably just over $100. He plays 45-50mtt's per session. His main focus/preference is Bounty tourneys.
kurt23xx
Kurt has been a pro for 16yrs., always playing MTT's. When Black Friday hit, he went to central america with a group of players and has been there ever since (CostaRica). Up until fairly recently I'd say his abi was ~$50 but this month I think it is closer to $100. He pretty much plays lots of stuff from $33 to $500. Currently in the Top100 on PocketFives.
What I like most about Kurt's streams is that he is CONSTANTLY verbalizing his thought process. There's rarely ever a 'Call because I feel like calling' (like many other streamers I've watched). He is also VERY willing to interact with viewers.
Both of these streamers viewer numbers are increasing weekly. When I began watching them (just over a year ago) I'd say Aaron would be getting ~100 to 150 viewers, Kurt with 60to80. Now there are days when they regularly have ~200 viewers each.
Another great thing about both of these guys, their stats. are kept visible for all to see. So many of the streamers today block their stats. on
sharkscope (& other sites) but not these two guys. (nothing to hide!)
I've never shared about either of these two players before because I selfishly wanted to keep them to myself.... but faced with a choice because I also would like to try to help them out by increasing their viewer numbers.
fwiw, I'm DonCamente on there.
